Didn't realize how much composting would be so important.....looked online for something to help us make a dent in our efforts.....this bin is PERFECT: small enough to not stink, easy to hang inside our kitchen cabinet and is easy to use. I highly recommend it!

I had a battery-operated bin for my green waste that was super glitchy. It opened all the time without being asked. Due to the sensor, it could not be kept in or under a cabinet because the bin would just stay open. This product has solved all those problems! We can lift the bin lid from the front to toss one item in. We can pull down on lid in front to keep it open for scraping plates. The whole thing stays out of sight in the cabinet unless I want it on my worktop, at which point I easily lift it off and replace it when I’m done.
NOTE: We made one modification—we cut off the “over-the-door” part and used screws for a more secure mounting. IMO the product should come with that hanging option. Other than that this thing is great!

This is a great kitchen edition. It attaches easily and opens and closes two different ways. It holds enough so you don’t have to empty it so often. Also, it’s just great, especially if you don’t have a garbage disposal, which we don’t. We also have chickens so when the bag fills up the chickens get to eat and they love it. Banana peeling, potato peelings, almond milk nut residue. A wonderful thing to have in the kitchen.
